Home School Community Liaison
The role of the Home School Community Liaison is to support parents/guardians of children through their school years. The HSCL teacher visits homes and contacts parents to build up bonds of trust between parents and teachers, home and school. We aim to keep parents as close as possible to their child’s learning.
I can also organise courses for parents in the school or within the community. These courses are based on the needs or wishes of parents and can range from leisure activities to educational courses.
We also work with other agencies in the community to support parents and children.
